Nearly 50 different sashimi to be presented on November 27th
Los Cabos, BCS.- On Saturday, November 27, the town of La Playa, in San José del Cabo, will host the fourth edition of the Sashimi Fest Los Cabos 2021, informed Juan Carlos Cañedo, director of Training and Tourism Culture of the State Secretariat of Tourism, Economy and Sustainability (Setues).
He pointed out that the three previous editions have been a great success, because in addition to promoting the economy and tourism, it encourages family coexistence by including children and youth categories in the contest, in addition to the gourmet and regional categories.
During the event they will be able to enjoy artistic activities, including the presentation of Los Huizapoles and will have the opportunity to taste more than 50 dishes, wines, tequilas and craft beer; it should be noted that 8% of the proceeds will be donated to the Mavi Foundation, which provides care to young people with some type of disability, said the official.
Jesús Montaño Avilés, organizer of the event, announced that the cost of the ticket will be 400 pesos per person to access the event, that there is no cost to register for the contest and that prizes will be awarded to the first places in each category, commenting that so far 15 children have registered, who must be accompanied by an adult during the preparation of the dish.
