This Thursday the executive director and the artistic director of the Los Cabos International Film Festival, Alejandra Paulin and Maru Garzón, respectively, accompanied by the director of the Mexican Institute of Cinematography, María Novaro, announced the names of the films that will participate in the tenth edition of the festival.
For the first time in the 10 years that this important event has been held, the format will be hybrid with simultaneous face-to-face presentations in Los Cabos, Mexico City and Mérida. From November 10 to 18, thousands of moviegoers will be able to enjoy incredible movies from the comfort of their homes and in movie theaters.
In this tenth edition, the career of Mexican producer Nicolás Celis and American actress Ann Dowd will be honored. The wonderful stages of Baja California Sur will also be distinguished by the Festival with “La Baja Inspira”, a new competitive section made up of three productions that took inspiration from the deserts and seas that has been the home of this film gathering for the last ten years.
