As part of the celebrations of the Fiestas Tradicionales de San José del Cabo 2022, young people between the ages of 12 and 29 were informed that next Sunday, March 20, a youth sashimi contest will be held on Costa Azul beach.
The following elements will be evaluated: taste, presentation of the dish, hygiene, creativity and originality used in the preparation of the sashimi.
Registration closed on March 15. Space is limited and was through WhatsApp to the number (624) 156-5050 or at the facilities of the Youth Institute of the Municipality of Los Cabos (Injuve), located on José María Morelos Street, in the Centro neighborhood in San José del Cabo.
