This week the hurricane produced heavy to occasionally heavy rains over western, central, southern and southeastern Mexico, in addition to strong wind gusts of 70 to 90 km/h on the coasts of Michoacán, Oaxaca and Guerrero.

The National Meteorological Service (SMN) announced the intensification of ‘Bonnie’ to a category 2 hurricane, according to the forecast, the meteorological phenomenon will continue to move parallel to the Pacific Ocean coasts.
